Winemaking
The fruit for this zero percent alcohol Rosé was carefully selected from early ripening blocks to express the ripe flavours at lower sugar levels.
Traditional and gentle winemaking techniques were
used to ensure the wine retains its bright aromatics and fresh fruit flavours.
Modern alcohol removal technology was used to eliminate the alcohol from this Rosé, without compromising the quality.
The Wine
This alcohol removed Rosé displays fresh vibrant
flavours of rose-hip, watermelon, and red berries, a
delicious, refreshing balanced wine to enjoy on every occasion. With just 29 calories per 150ml glass this wine can be enjoyed guilt free! Refrigerate and drink within 2 days of opening.
