Trinity Hill’s story began over a bottle of wine at London Restaurant Bleeding Heart in 1987 when the idea for a Hawke’s Bay winery was born. Trinity Hill’s founders recognised the outstanding potential of the Hawkes Bay’s Gimblett Gravels winegrowing district and in 1993, the winery became one of the region’s early pioneers, planting grape vines on a barren plot which continues to produce exceptional wines today.
